The 20th annual Celebrate a Legacy in Tourism event will take place at the Sheraton Waikiki at 5 p.m. This year's honorees are Roy Yamaguchi, chef and founder of Roy's Worldwide, Eating House 1849, Humble Market Kitchin and GOEN Dining + Bar and Dave Evans, professor and department chair of hospitality and tourism at Kapi‘olani Community College.
This event raises funds for TIM School students. Registration closes on March 31.
