The External Relations Office (ERO) is dedicated to supporting the Shidler College of Business’ mission of achieving international excellence in business education, research and practice by utilizing Hawai‘i’s unique multicultural and geographical advantages.
The ERO’s staff develops strategies to engage the public through communications, marketing and community relations; plans and executes college events; and creates and publishes the biannual Shidler Business magazine. The ERO also oversees the college’s social media accounts, website; and photography and video libraries.
The ERO office works closely with the college’s Office of Alumni Relations and Development, which oversees alumni relations and fundraising efforts in collaboration with the University of Hawai‘i Foundation.
