Kristanto Djuanda, JEMBA ’97, has been appointed global head of Quality & Customer Experience for ABB Robotics, Business Line Electronics in Shanghai. In this leadership role, he is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of quality and customer excellence for industrial robot products and services. Djuanda previously served in various leadership roles at Philips Lighting in Indonesia and China and Samsung LED in South Korea.
