Ron Aoki (BBA '94) was appointed controller and finance team leader for the University of Hawai'i Federal Credit Union overseeing the finance department and asset liability management functions.
Rodney Carson (BBA '94) was named business development director of Polk County's economic development agency in central Florida. In his new role, Carson manages the staff and program to recruit new businesses to the county and helps to retain existing businesses.
Congratulations to Jill Chiang (BBA '91) who is the new sales and distribution manager for Meadow Gold Dairies of Hawaii. Chiang has more than 20 years of sales and consumer goods sales management experience.
Aqua Hotels & Resorts recently named William Farnsworth Jr. (MBA '94) vice president of finance.
Lori K.K. Hiramatsu (BBA '90) was named vice president and retail credit operations manager for Central Pacific Bank. She formerly worked for Business Solution Technologies Inc., The Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii and Bank of Hawaii.
Kelly U. Hoevelkamp (BBA '99) is Bank of Hawaii's new vice president and regulatory reporting manager. She previously worked at KMH, Colliers Monroe Friedlander and Arthur Anderson before accepting her current position at BOH.

Jennifer Barrett (MBA '07), William Pieper II (MBA '04), Kevin Sakamoto (BBA '93), Jennifer Thompson (MBA '93), and Michael Tresler (BBA '91) were selected as fellows for the 10th class of the Pacific Century Fellows program, which is based on the White House Fellows Program. The program aims to identify, encourage and develop future island leaders.
Gerard Elmore (BBA '01) was named director of television commercials in Hawai'i for Shooters Film Productions.
Chenoa Farnsworth (EMBA '00) is the new board vice chair of the Women's Fund of Hawaii for 2008.
Michelle Gibson (BBA '01, Macc '03) was named assurance supervisor for Accuity LLP.
Arsena Kailihiwa (BBA '01) joined Energy Industries as a sales representative. She was previously product sales manager at Air Reps Hawaii.
Katherin Katsuda (BBA '07) was named human resource assistant at Hawaiian Host. Previously, Katsuda worked at Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve.
Caryn Komori (BBA '01) was appointed human resources coordinator with Island Insurance Company Ltd. She previously worked in HR for Hawaiian Airlines.

Greg Payton (MBA '05) is the new CEO of Mental Health Kokua, an organization that specializes in recovery services for adults with mental illness. Payton was the regional manager of behavioral health services for Kaiser Permanente and executive director of Waianae Community Mental Health Center prior to taking his current position at MHK.
Naresh Pradhan (MBA '07) is an associate professor of economics and finance at the Kathmandu University's School of Management in Lalitpur, Nepal.
