Reid was born and raised on Oahu. He is an alumnus of the Shidler College of Business with a BBA in Management Information Systems. He spent the last four years working in Japan: 1 year on the JET program teaching English at a high school in Fukuoka, and 3 years teaching at a university in Osaka. Upon his return home to the islands, Reid served as the Leadership Development Coordinator in the Office of Student Life at Hawaii Pacific University, where he was responsible for advising student leaders and organizations, and helping plan events and activities for the student body. Reid has joined the Office of Student Academic Services as the Undergraduate Admissions Counselor. He looks forward to sharing his experiences and advising prospective Shilder College of Business students in any way possible about the undergraduate program.
